Basic, clean accomodation at a fair price.
We liked that it was cheap in a good location. It also had good parking in a quiet area.
We didn't get the room we reserved because of pluming problems. So, they put us in a smaller and less comfortable room.We also had sheets that were dirty when we first arrived. It was gross.
I was charged $15.00 more than quoted online
Nice reasonably priced motel. Faciliity was dated, but clean.
dated facility, but clean.
I like that it was not far from my family and was available.
It has been a long time since I've been in a hotel without a hairdryer, tissues, air conditioning. It was good to have a kitchen, but why no pots, pans, dishes, eating utensils?
Pool wasn't heated for the kids. The oven wasn't working and didn't realize there wouldn't be any pots and pans or silverware, ect.
It was quiet. Separate sink area/ toilet room.
Uncomfortable beds. No breakfast. Refridge did not work
Great location for our purposes...close to downtown and the beach...wonderful staff with nice clean affordable room...will definitely return
room was not ready tried to check in at 1400 but was told to come back at 1500. 1530 we went back room was not ready still with dirty linens, very disappointed. not coming back/not recommending.
It was the least expensive hotel I could find on short notice (day before). The people were friendly.
It did not look or smell clean. The bed was mushy. The kitchen had no cooking or eating supplies provided (no pots and pans, no plates, nothing).
Price and access.
Outside noise, just an example in the middle of the night a tow truck was picking a car from the parking lot.
The hotel was right between where we had reservations and the beach. Its at a great location. We got lot a few times and seemed as find out way back. Its close to the beach, but not too close and for travelers; there way a walgrees right across the street. It was nice.
When I got there I waited like 30 minutes for someone to come, when they came I had to wait an hour for a room key. Those were the only issues I had
It was a solid hotel. Didn't feel like I would be stabbed and it was clean.
It was a little more expensive than it should be.
Very cheap. We payed $60 for a king room with separate kitchen. The place was huge. Very retro. The place hasn't been updated since the 80's but great value for money. Plenty I parks available.
For the price of our room you can't complain about it being retro.
Steve in the lobby was very accommodating, very friendly, got me a roll away bed instantly and opened the gate to the swimming pool when it was locked. Also provided me a map to get to Crow's Nest and Shadow Brook Restaurant without taking the freeway, which is a big deal while the Begonia Festival is going on.
It's on the older side, not modern. They definately need to remodel.
